How can you get factory paint off of a Porcelain doll?

My sister has a large collection of porcelain dolls, and has recently bought a clown doll. Now I'm all good and dandy with most of her collection, but this one's eyebrows really freak me out.





We decided we would remove the eyebrow paint, and re-paint them, but, honestly, neither of us know exactly how....How can you get factory paint off of a Porcelain doll?
use nail polish remover, it wont have that much effect on the porcelain unless you put too much. just use a q-tip and dab on the eyebrow
